As the primary goal of our application is to reduce food waste and minimize the environmental impact of our customers, it seemed obvious to us that this should be applied throughout our production.
Each part of our production has been optimized to minimize our ecological footprint :
- No food waste : we produce by the minute, we reuse, transform or give!
- A careful choice of suppliers : from fruits and vegetables, to cheeses through our hot sauces and juices, we choose only suppliers who have the same values as us while promoting local products.
- Eco-friendly packaging : the vast majority of our packaging is compostable and our medium-term goal is to reach 100% compostable packaging.
We are convinced that this is no longer the time to ask why we should implement eco-responsible solutions but that the moment to act has arrived.
